Tunisian Crochet combines the ease of crochet with a look and feel similar to knitting.
This elegant ascot scarf showcases a soft variegated yarn with Tunisian simple, knit, purl and lace stitches. You’ll be amazed at how fast it’s finished!
Skill Level Easy to Intermediate: basic Tunisian crochet stitches (knit, purl, simple stitch) and shaping, buttonhole, lace and finishing.

Yarn Approx. 110 yards worsted weight.
Try a soft fiber with some body and drape (such as, wool/
alpaca or wool/cashmere blends) and some color variation,
(such as, handpaints, kettle dyes, variegated yarns) makes it
easier to see stitches while learning.
Tunisian/Afghan Hook US H/8 (5.00 mm) If you tend
to knit/crochet tightly, use a larger hook.
