Tulipetta is a wide crescent shaped shawl with a deep lace edging. Bobbles in a semi-solid yard provide texture and visual interest. A modified eyelet garter provides a non-curling top edge. Shawl is worked from the bottom up, working the lace border first.

• With larger needle, one lace pattern repeat = 4”(10cm) across and 7”(18cm).

• Finished measurements: Outer edge: 76”(193cm), inner edge: 54”(137cm), height at center: 12”(30cm).

• Substituting a fingering weight yarn creates a lighter, more translucent shawl.
