Tulipa Shawl
Crochet pattern for a tulipa shawl.
The shawl is worked from the top down, increases are made on both sides and in the center.
The body of the shawl is a nice openworked lace stitch pattern that forms flowerstalks.
The large edging is formed by tulips.
The pattern is fully written in English (US crochet terms) and Dutch.
2 charts are included : 1 for the body and 1 for the edging.
Instructions are included to make a larger shawl.
I have used :
- 1 skein of Cascade Heritage Sock for the body
- 0,7 skein of Manos del Uruguay Alegria for the edging.
Crochet hook : 3,5 mm. (if you want a more openworked look : choose a larger crochet hook size)
Measurements of my shawl : 150 cm wide and 63 cm high. (60inch wide and 25,2inch high)
Many thanks to my testing panel!
