This rustic pullover features a simple chevron pattern on the body that’s created by holding strands to the front when working slipped stitches. The drop shoulders and modest boatneck give it wearability in a hardy wool yarn that comes in rich earth tones.

Yarn Harrisville Designs flywheel (100% wool; 170 yd 155 m/13/4 oz 50 g): meadows, 7 (8, 9, 10, 11) skeins.
Needles Size 5 (3.75 mm): 16” and 32” circular (cir) and set of double-pointed (dpn). Size 6 (4 mm): 32” cir and set of dpn. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions Markers (m); stitch holders; waste yarn for provisional CO; tapestry needle.
Gauge 22 sts and 42 rnds = 4” in body patt on larger needle; 21 sts and 32 rnds = 4” in St st on larger needle.
