From Knitting New Scarves:

Tricorner was my second and more successful attempt (after Twisted, see page 114) at capturing in knitting the shape of the Infinity Tower, a residential high-rise building in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which “twists” ninety degrees over the course of its eighty-story rise. Knitting this scarf may seem difficult at first because of the unconventional way of knitting around, but I think you’ll find it’s easy once you take a look at the instructional photos included in the pattern and work a few rounds. Remember as a beginning knitter how complicated cables looked, but once you worked some you realized they were easy?

Requires six US 8 double-pointed needles.
