I plan an update soon with more specifics in what I used and how to use mini’s in the pattern. If there’s anything else, message me!

Update: Still haven’t Updated. Debating redoing this idea…loved seeing what people have done with it!

Dec ‘17: “I wrote this pattern up for my brother’s girlfriend close to the holidays. She’s never used a pattern to knit from, just enjoyed knitting and purling across. She asked me if she could make a triangle scarf (like I’m often caught wearing, and adapted String of Pearls shawl). I wrote this for her so she could make something similar.

I wore it to Vogue Knitting live in 2018, having used 3 balls of Noro, 150g worsted. At this size it works best with a shawl pin. If using a wooly fabric, use 200g. In superwash or anything with stretch, 150g is perfectly fine.

It’s not a traditional pattern, more like a story or journey. In the end you could have a great scarf that won’t take long, or you might feel a little warmer in the heart just for having read it.

It’s my first pattern I’m publishing, so it’s a free “experience”. It’s just as easily read if you’ve never read a pattern before or if you’ve read thousands.

This is a guided tour through the design, and I give some resources I learned to knit from myself.

So sit back and knit away!
