Trellis Hat
A simple hat for an intermediate knitter and a great hat for a advanced beginner looking to start cables.
Less than 150yds of a bulky yarn is all that’s needed to make this hat.
Finished Measurements
Crown to bottom edge:
Child 7.25”/18.4cm; Adult 8.25”/20.95cm
Measured flat at widest point:
7.25”/18.4cm (7.75”/19.6, 8.25”/20.95, 8.75”/22.2cm)
I would use the small size to make the hat for Children 7 and older unless the children are on the petite side.
UPDATED 11/23/17
I’ve added ribbing to the bottom and have changed the suggested yarn from a yarn that was discontinued.
Thanks!
