The Toxic “Fungi” may be a poisonous mushroom doll, but it’s too cute to resist! This no-sew amigurumi doll is designed with plush yarn and makes a fun Halloween project. You can also crochet it using thinner yarns to create a smaller, keychain version. Have fun creating the Toxic Fungi in a variety of different colors.

Disclaimer: Most of my patterns include step-by-step photo references, but this pattern does not have any. The low price reflects the lack of photos. This pattern is recommended for an intermediate crocheter who is familiar with following written pattern instructions.

MATERIALS
Super bulky weight 6 chenille velvet yarn in desired colors (I used Hobbii Honey Bunny Yarn in green, beige, and black)
5mm crochet hook
16mm colored plastic safety eyes (x2)
Stuffing
Scissors

LEVEL
★★★☆☆ Intermediate. Requires familiarity with stitches used (below), attaching parts, and changing yarn colors.

STITCHES & TECHNIQUES (US TERMS)
FO = fasten off
ch = chain
sc = single crochet
dc = double crochet
inc = increase (insert 2 sc in same st)
dec = decrease (sc 2 sts together)
BLO = back loops only
FLO = front loops only
