Note: I chose to purchase handles for my bag (links to them in the pattern), but the pattern also includes instructions for crocheted handles for those not wanting to go out and purchase a pair.

What yarn should I use?
I’ve listed the recommended yarns in the pattern. However, you can choose whichever worsted weight yarn you’d like. For this one, since it’s a bag, I wouldn’t recommend lighter, softer yarns such as Caron Simply Soft, Red Heart Soft, or yarns with a lot of drape.

How difficult is it?
According to the Craft Yarn Council Standards, all cable designs should be labeled Intermediate. However, when you combine a well-written pattern, photo tutorials, videos tutorials AND support from the designer, I’d venture to say that an adventurous, confident beginner could complete the bag. ;)
