Simple groups of texture separated with Vikkel (rhymes with “pickle”) braids to define each section. The variety keeps the knit fresh.

So quick to knit, I created this and two other hats as baby shower gifts and am so happy with each of them that I have published all three.

Knit it in one sitting. Add a faux fur pom pom or leave it plain.
Four sizes: Infant, Child/Small Adult, Adult & Large Adult.

Materials:
69 (82, 92, 100) yds / 65 (77, 86, 91) m Sublime Lola or Tahki Montana in desired color.
OR any super bulky yarn of choice that will give gauge.
Gauge: 11 sts x 18 rows = 4 in / 10 cm in PATTERN, slightly stretched

US size 11 / 8 mm 16 or 24 inch circular needles OR size needed to obtain gauge
1 Set DPN’s same size as above needles
1 stitch marker
Sharp darning needle
