Tortora Child
Tortora Child is a cap for baby’s and toddlers, using the same bobbled stitch as Knitty’s Tortora hat. This childs version is not Thelma’s own design. It’s based on a picture of a Peruvian child wearing the same kind of hat. Thelma just ‘unvented’ the pattern.
The pattern is written in one size. Depending on the size of yarn and needles you create a bigger or smaller hat.
NOTE: hat is shown on new born size doll. Pictures of real children wearing this hat, to be placed on pattern page, are very welcome!
