Top is made from 2 pieces sewn tog following diagram: Side Panel/Front and Back.
Side Panel is worked first. Sts for front are then picked up along one long edge of Side Panel.
A subtle stripe is created by alternating between 2 balls of the same color yarn. When beginning to use the second ball of yarn, be sure that the color sequence of the ball starts in a different place than the first ball. For larger size, use 3rd ball of yarn as needed.
When alternating between the 2 balls of yarn, you needn’t cut the unused yarn – simply carry it along the side edge of your work
