Create an adorable little Top Hat headband for your little one, or for yourself! The second in a series of hat headbands, this one is perfect for Halloween or pretend play anytime.

A quick and easy project, you will need worsted weight yarn, an H (5.0mm) hook and a plastic 1 inch headband. ( I bought mine on Amazon)
Optional supplies are Tulle, ribbon, buttons, etc to decorate.
