El Top Encrucijada es una camiseta de verano con el escote de la espalda en forma de pico en el que se cruzan unas tiras de icord formando un sugerente dibujo. Se empieza con un borde tejido de lado a lado que forma la parte inferior del top. Después se recogen los puntos y se va tejiendo hacia arriba con el mismo un motivo en la espalda similar al del borde inferior, pero en vertical. A la altura de la sisa se separa en dos para formar las mangas, que tapan la parte superior del brazo, o los tirantes, que van integrados en el cuerpo de manera que no necesita ninguna costura. En la espalda se van dejando unos puntos en espera para después retomarlos y crear los icords para hacer las tiras de los cruces. Los hombros se cierran con un sencillo cierre a tres agujas.
Este patrón tiene varias opciones: cuerpo en forma de A (más ancho por abajo), cuerpo recto, con la manga caída o de tirantes anchos. Puedes combinarlas como a ti más te guste.
Se recomienda una holgura positiva de 5-10 cm en el contorno de pecho. Elige una talla cuyo contorno de la prenda terminada sea 5-10 cm mayor que tu contorno de pecho.

Si vas a usar otro hilado, te recomiendo un hilo con buena definición del punto y grosor fingering. Puede tener algo de decoración (como speckles o algo de pelito), pero evita los colores variegados o los hilos con mucho pelo para que se distinga la textura de la espalda.

This pattern includes two versions: sleeves and straps.
The Encrucijada Top is a summer top with a V-neck back where icord straps cross to form a suggestive design. It begins with a band knit from side to side that forms the bottom of the top. Then, stitches are picked up and worked upwards with a similar motif on the back as the bottom band, but vertically. At the armhole, it is divided in two to form the sleeves, which cover the upper part of the arm, or the straps, which are integrated into the body so that no sewing is needed.
