Hook up a pair of these easy slippers worked in the round, starting with an oval base. Surface crochet details lend a contemporary look, in addition to some fantastic structure, to a comfy pair of house shoes.

YARN
1 skein Berroco Ultra Wool yarn in 3318 Blue Angel. (100% Superwash Wool; 100g / 3.5 oz. skeins; 219 yds 200 m; worsted weight).
1 skein Malabrigo Rios yarn in 016 Glazed Carrot. (100% Superwash Merino Wool; 100g / 3.5 oz. skeins; 210 yds 192 m; worsted weight).
Each slipper requires approx. 165 yds (75g) yarn to crochet, leaving 25% of each skein of yarn remaining for swatching and to accommodate differences in gauge.

FINISHED SIZE
Each slipper measures 9.5” from heel to toe, 3.75” from Clr A edge to Clr A edge of base, 4” from top rnd to toe tip, 5” from top rnd to sole center (fsc ridge). Measurements taken with slipper laid flat on its side profile.
GAUGE
Approx. 18 sc x 22 rows = 4” 10 cm with measurements taken after wet blocking.
