Tomette is a classic textured cardigan. It is worked from the top-down seamlessly with raglan sleeves. It features garter stich and a textured stitch derived from honeycomb stitch that add a timeless charm.

The pattern also includes an appendix for those knitters who want to get to the point.

Recommended ease: between 8 to 20 cm, 3.1 to 7.9’’ of positive ease.
Show in Size 2, 16 cm 6.3’’ of positive ease.

Yarn: This cardigan is knitted with two strands of lace weight held together.
If you prefer, you can knit this sweater with two strand of fingering weight held or only one strand of a DK weight yarn.

The sample is knit with « Les Petits points parisiens », Yack single lace, 65% Merino SW, 20% Silk 15% Yak (800m/100g), and Mohair “supreme”, 70% Kid Mohair, 30% silk (500m/50g).

Approx. (1200, 1250, 1380, 1470) 1500, 1530, 1600, 1650 (1700, 1780,1860, 2000) m for each.

Gauge: 18 sts x 44 rows =10 cm 4” in textured stitched with larger needles after blocking

Needles: 4,5 mm US 7 for the body and sleeves. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
3,25 mm US 3 for finishing.

Tomette est un gilet confortable, il se tricote du haut vers le bas sans couture avec une construction de type « raglan » et se porte avec une aisance positive.
Tout en point texturé, dérivé du point « nid d’abeille », celui-ci a la particularité de se tricoter entièrement à l’endroit lorsque l’on tricote en aller et retour.
L’ensemble des finitions se réalise au point mousse.

Le patron comprend également une annexe pensée pour les personnes souhaitant aller à l’essentiel.

Taille du vêtement terminé, mesure prise à la poitrine –aisance comprise-: T (93, 98, 105, 110) 115, 120, 125, 130 (135, 140, 146, 152) cm.

Aisance recommandée entre 8 et 20 cm.

Tricoté en T2 et porté avec une aisance positive de 16 cm.

Laine : Le modèle de présentation a été tricoté en tenant ensemble deux fils lace.
Vous pouvez tout à fait le réaliser en mélangeant un fil fingering et un fil lace, deux fils fingering ensemble ou un fil DK seul.

Tricoté avec les laines « Les Petits points parisiens ».
