The pattern was originally published in the German book Landschaften auf den Socken. Now the pattern is available here as a single pattern in English or German.
Titlis socks are knitted from cuff down to toe with a bit of stranded colorwork for the leg and just before starting the toe, and contrasting heel and toe. The heel is worked as a classic gusset flap heel.
Materials:
The sample socks was knit in Soul Wool Alpaca Edelweiß MC: blue, col 36, CC1: grey, col 54, CC2: bleached white, col 02
Any regular fingering weight sock yarn in solid or semisolid colours will work well.
You´ll need:
 approx. 157 yds (144 m) of MC yarn
 approx. 88 yds (80 m) of CC1 yarn
 approx. 44 yds (40 m) of CC2 yarn
 DPNs size US 1 ½ (2.5 mm) or needles for magic loop or needle size required to get gauge
 tapestry needle
Sizes S (M, L) to fit for a foot circumference of 7.3 (8.3, 9)” or 18.5 (21, 22.5) cm

Die deutsche Anleitung zu den Titlis Socken ist in dem Buch Landschaften auf den Socken im Stiebner Verlag erschienen. Jetzt ist das Muster hier auch als Einzelmuster in Englisch oder Deutsch erhältlich.
Die Titlis-Socken werden vom Bündchen bis zur Spitze gestrickt, mit einem hübschen Einstrickmuster im Schaft und kurz vor dem Beginn der Spitze. Die Ferse wird als Herzchenferse und die Spitze als Bandspitze in einer Kontrastfarbe gearbeitet.
Größen: S (M , L) mit einem Fußumfang von ca. 18,5 ( 21 ; 22,5) cm
Garn: Sockengarn in 3 Farben mit gutem Kontrast. Die Socken auf dem Foto wurden mit Kremke-soul-wool, Edelweiß Alpaka (100m / 25 g) gestrickt; HF: Fb 36 (blau), KF1: Fb 54 (grau), KF2: Fb 02 (weiß).
Man benötigt:
2 Knäuel Edelweiß Alpaka oder ca. 144m in der HF, jeweils ein Knäuel Edelweiß Alpaka in den KF oder ca. 80m in KF 1 und ca. 40m in KF 2.
Ein Nadelspiel Größe 2,5 mm oder für die Magic Loop Methode eine lange Rundstricknadel gleicher Stärke
Eine Stopfnadel.
