There is an errata in the pattern
LEFT FRONT, follow pattern as written until the instruction after shape armhole asks to increase to a certain amount of sts, this should read; Cont to inc one st at neck edge as before until there are 62(64:68:72)sts. The instructions for the Next row should read;
Next row: cast off 45(45:48:50)sts, purl to end.
