Timbali
Stole or shawl, the choice is yours. Either way the results are bound to be beautiful. The lace patterns are given in both charts and row-by-row instructions. A limited portion of the lace requires lace stitches on the wrong side as well as the right.
STOLE
The stole begins by working from the center square in the round, then two sides are bound off and piece is worked back and forth from each side.

Yarn: Three skeins Tanis Fiber Arts Purple Label Cashmere Sock (400 yds / 365 m per 4 oz / 115 g skein; 70% Superwash Merino, 20% Cashmere,10% Nylon) in Jewel
Needles & Notions: Size 6 US / 4 mm straight needles
Size 5 US / 3.75 mm circular needle, 16” / 40.5 cm long and set of five double-pointed needles
Waste yarn or stitch holder, tapestry needle
Gauge: 20 sts and 28 rows = 4” / 10 cm in Stockinette stitch using size 6 US / 4 mm needles
SHAWL
The shawl is worked from the center back, down.
