Tide
The third pattern in The Beach Collection, Tide is a triangular shawl worked side-to-side in a simple, repetitive lace pattern, which is well suited to highly variegated yarn. Choose the wildest skein from your stash and watch the colors subtly swirl around the eyelet stripes! The side–to-side construction makes a shallow triangle shape that grows faster in length than it does in width, making a respectable size shawl with a single skein of fingering weight yarn. Three sizes are given in the pattern, and further adjustments can be made by changing your gauge or yarn.
Sizing 
Small (Medium, Large) 
70 (80, 90) inches/175 (200, 225) cm wide and 17 (21½, 26) inches/42.5 (54, 65) cm deep
Gauge 
20 sts and 22.5 rows = 4 inches/10 cm in pattern after blocking.
