To fit hand circumference of 6-7.5, 7.5-9 inches, measured just above thumb and not including thumb. (see diagram)
To fit arm circumference of 10.5-12.5 13-15 inches, measured above elbow, where top of cuff will sit.
Schematic shows actual measurements without stretching. The ribbing will stretch up to about 15-20% to fit a wide range of sizes.
