Threepenny Pullover
From Interweave Knits:
“Named for the Threepenny Opera by Kurt Weill, there’s a lot to love in this sweater designed by Veronik Avery. In characteristic fashion, Veronik has taken a classic Aran design and has given it dressmaker details by using an assortment of delicate stitches, a curved hem with side slits, and a rounded neckline edged with extensions knitted into the tops of the sleeves. The luxurious wool/cashmere yarn is double-stranded to yield a gauge of four stitches to the inch, making this quicker to knit than you might expect.”
