Three Stranded Scarves
by Kieran Foley
Three designs for warm stranded scarves inspired by Asian textiles.
Knit in the round on a short (40cm/15.5in) 3.25mm/US3 circular needle with Rowan Pure Wool 4 Ply and Rowan Felted Tweed.
Ikat (top three images) & Java (middle) are 15cm/6in wide, Batik (bottom) is 12.5cm/5in wide.
The pdf contains 3 charts and instructions.
Yardage
Based on the samples I made:
Ikat and Java require approx. 90yds/82m MC and slightly less of CC per foot/30cm of scarf. Batik requires slightly less of both.
Please read the Terms and Conditions applicable to knit/lab pattern purchases before purchasing this pattern. The T&C can be viewed here.
