Thistle Down
The center is a 16-spoke wheel inside another wheel of 48 bars,
surrounded by a chain mesh with buds. The next layer consists of arches and fans with a scalloped edge resembling thistle down.
Instructions include an option to create roses which can then be sewn onto the scallops between the arches.
