Third Movement Slouch
In a classical music piano sonata, the third movement is in a musical form known as “rondo”. Best explained, a musical theme is executed, followed by a second, third, then the first two are repeated (although any music theorist will tell you many countless forms also exist). This knits slouch follows a similar sequence. This slouch utilizes garter stitch and slip stitches working in alternating colors. The midsection changes color every other row to create a variegated effect. Definitely a warm and cozy finished project!
Pattern Notes: The project instructed will create a slouch. For more of a shorter beanie, skip knitting rows 49-56. To shorten (or widen) the circumference, CO 10 sts extra (or less).
