Notes
The tunic begins at the lower edge and is worked back and forth in rows until all the stitches for the body have been cast-on, then the stitches are joined and the piece is worked in the round to the underarms. The front and back are then worked separately, back and forth in rows.
When working the Lace panel in the round, work all chart rows from right to left only. When working Lace panel back and forth in rows, work right-side chart rows from right to left and wrong-side chart rows from left to right.
Flounce hem is knit separately and sewn to cast-on edge of tunic during finishing. The beginning of round marker is between the stitches for the right-side of the neck and the stitches for the
center of the neck.
