This pattern was accepted as a part of the Independent Designer Program with Knit Picks. If using City Tweed HW, the needle size does change to a 7 US. The Malabrigo uses a size 8 US.

I have always loved the name Phoebe. Then, along came the television show, Charmed. I like to think that Phoebe Halliwell would wear this hat. It is cute and cozy. It utilizes the Bee stitch pattern that I used in my FreeBee Neckwarmer, too. This stitch pattern is perfect for bringing out the beauty of variegated patterned yarns. It’s also versatile in that solid colored yarns look fantastic in it too.

techniques used: knit in the stitch below and tubular cast on(links to tutorials on both are provided). Can also use a long tail cast on instead of tubular cast on. Also, K2tog, p2tog, m1.
Uses 1 skein of Malabrigo Worsted.
