Gauge is not important - Just CH even # to fit around widest part of hand.
CH 28 w/ H hook will get you a size medium and should fit a wide array of hands.

They can be made all in one color but I think changing up colors really makes them pop. I used just 2 colors, but 4 would be fun too – one for each “section.”

I instruct you to do a CH 2 at the beginning of each round to represent the DC. I realize most patterns use a CH 3 for the DC but I feel this leaves too large a gap. Even better than chaining 2 or 3, is a standing DC stitch. If you know how to do that, by all means, do it! If not, a CH 2 will work just fine.
