This is the fifteenth in a series of 24 linked patterns to be published daily in December 2016. The pattern for the box shaped like a book is published separately.

This pattern, together with the three that follow it, deal with the window on the front wall. First of all, the background is knitted – the snow and sky that can be seen through the window.
