To knit the adult M/adult L size hat, you will need :
A pair of 3.5mm (US 4) straight needles
1/2 ball(s) D.M.C. Knitty (50 g /140 m) - category DK (8 ply)
A wool/embroidery needle
Gauge/tension in 1x1 slipped stitch rib on 3.5mm (US 4) needles : 22 sts x 22 rows = 10 x 10 cm

Sizes : 0/3, 4/12 months, 18/36 months, 4/8 years : you will need 1 ball of yarn whatever the size.
