This pattern is written in two pieces - the basic shaping and the stitches to use when the yarn changes color, or in the assigned pooling areas. Both pattern pieces are knit at the same time.

The pattern could be adapted to use other Baah Yarns - New York would require no changes, Aspen - use a US 6 needle, Shasta - use a US 8 needle and it will make a relatively similar sized shawl.

This shawl is fun because there is no gauge, no counting (although the stitch count on both sides of the two center stitches should match, it’s just watching for your yarn to change color.

This shawl was so fun to knit and I love wearing it. It’s just the right size!
