after much internal debate and hesitation, pbkd decided to expand the jock patterns and venture into the land of the thongs. november 2023 is officially the launch date of thongerville for pbkd. enjoy!

the concept of this design, The Knotty List, is born from the many jockstrap patterns released previously. the cable stitches are simple enough for a beginner knitter, but the resulting fabric is beautiful and almost hypnotic.

designed to use fingering/sock weight yarn, this thong presents a perfect look for someone looking to have a bit more of an intricate cable.

The Knotty List is based on the tried and true design of the previous patterns but with a twist of an added “whale tail” in back and the much enjoyed “flossy flossy” bringing the back into the pouch. the model’s knits were done in a super soft, squishy merino/cashmere/nylon blend with a nice twist to not only highlight the stitch pattern, but, also gives incredible comfort to the wearer.
