The Fern Ribbed Pullover is an easy, beginner-friendly pattern using only basic stitches It’s made out of 4 squares, that’s it! This is the perfect first garment pattern, and it works up pretty quickly, it took me about 5 hours to make the sample sweater. For this pattern, I used Lion Brand’s Pound of Love yarn in the colour Antique White. You will need between 700 and 2100 yards depending on your size to create this pattern
It comes with instructions for how to make a cropped version and a longer version, so there’s something for everyone

The gauge is crocheted in a 3.5” by 3.5” swatch, not 4” by 4”.

Materials:

  • Worsted weight yarn in any colour you choose, I used lion brand’s pound of love.
  • 6.5mm crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge for the main part of the pattern and a hook 1/2 mm smaller
  • Yarn needle
  • Scissors
