This hat is constructed bottom up in a round, do not turn at the end of round.. Use a stitch marker to mark the first st of each round. Use different colored st markers to mark the decreases.

It is written with negative ease for a snug fit. Select the size from the table provided. Go down a size for a more snug fit.
Ch1 does not count as a stitch, work the first stitch of each round into the same space.
2 stitches are decreased in each round. Use a stitch marker and shift it to the decrease made in each round. If not using a stitch marker, decrease 2 stitches evenly around.
