This darling little poncho is the first garment I made for my baby girl, Ariella. She came just in time for winter and was just begging for a chunky hooded poncho! Worked from the bottom-up with minimal seaming and instructions to fit sizes 3mo to 4 years, you’ll love whipping these up in a flash for family and friends.

Using a 8mm circular needles and super bulky weight yarn, this pattern comes with instructions for sizes 0-3mo, 6-9mo, 12-18mo, 2T, 3/4T.

This pattern is a bit above beginner level but I bet a beginner could tackle it! Included in the pattern are links to video instructions for most of the techniques in the pattern.

If you’re comfortable with putting stitches on hold, the three needle bind off and decrease stitches, you can make this poncho no problem!
