A simple knitted cardigan, working just 4 panels in garter stitch with a little shaping.

This cardigan pattern is perfect for those just beginning their knitting journey. The panels are knit seperately then sewn together. Made on 15mm needles for a super chunky feel with the rib and cuffs worked on 10mm needles.

Approx widths are as follows. Length is up to you (we’ve knit ours cropped to around 50cm and standard to around 60cm)

XS (UK 4 – 8): 54cm
S (UK 8 – 12): 60cm
M (UK 12 – 16): 65cm
L (UK 16 – 20): 71cm
XL (UK 22 – 26): 77cm
XXL (UK 26 – 30): 82cm
