This pattern comes from my desire to create a very comfortable little vest for my son, to dress up some of his most frequently worn outfit. So, it is knitted in an easy care yarn, has a casual look and features an interesting textured fabric.

The whole vest is knitted up in basketweave stitches, so it is easy, but not too boring. It is fit for a beginner, providing you know the basis knits, purls, decreases, increases etc.
