Required for this pattern is at least 150g of sport weight yarn, and an E (3.5mm) crochet hook.

This is a beginner+ friendly pattern, requiring you to only know chain, single crochet, double crochet and how to decrease double crochet stitches. A little bit of seaming experience wouldn’t hurt either but it’s not too tricky!
