Textured round pillow
This eye-catching round pillow features a textured spiral created by front-post stitches. It adds a touch of luxury and warmth to your interior, whether on a sofa, armchair or bed. The project is worked in the round and consists of two crocheted circles (front and back), joined together with single crochet. The post-stitch technique creates beautiful structure, while the soft glow of the yarn gives a stylish finish.
Size Options
The finished pillow is designed to fit a round pillow insert with a diameter of 40 cm. The pattern is worked up to 160 stitches per circle, which creates a snug fit for a standard 40 cm insert. If you’d like a larger pillow, continue increasing in pattern until desired size is reached.
Gauge
Gauge is not critical for this project, but for reference:
After 16 rounds, your circle should measure approx. 40 cm in diameter.
Yarn weight and hook size will affect the final size and texture.
