Back Post Double Crochet/BPdc:
yo, insert from back to front to back around indicated st, yo, pull up a loop, yo, pull through 2 loops on hook, yo, pull through remaining 2 loops on hook

Puff Stitch: yo, insert hook in indicated st, yo, pull up a loop, yo, pull through 2 loops on hook6x, yo, pull through all 7 loops on hook

Wrap stitch: dc, ch 1, yo, insert hook from front to back to front around post of dc just made, yo, pull up a loop, yo, pull through 2 loops on hook4x, yo, pull through all 5 loops on hook
