This useful bag is designed as a small handbag, big enough for a wallet, keys and phone, but has also proved useful carrying around a shawl project I’ve had on the go. Made from ribbon tape, a recycled textile product, it makes for a quick project!
Perfect for an intermediate crocheter or an adventurous beginner. Written in US terms.

Width 10.5 inches/ 27 cm
Height: 9 inches/ 23 cm
Materials:
Yarn: Hoooked ‘Ribbon XL’ (80% Cotton, 20% Other; 142 yds/250g) 1 ball (in Brown)
Hook: US N/P (10 mm)
Notions: stitch markers, yarn needle

This bag uses 3 different variations of a single crochet; back loops only in the base, ‘regular’ sc in the top and handles, and the main section uses Yarn Under – to create a denser fabric.
