The hat and scarf are worked in short row wedges that result in triangles, alternating yarns for each wedge.

The design of this hat and scarf came about from a request from my sister who wanted a hat that was “a bit different”. For her version, I used a different yarn for each short row wedge, and then made her a matching scarf.
