Taking Shape
Various combinations of helding two strands of one yarn with one strand of another, or one row of a specific yarn in st and ribbing make for an interesting pattern.
Waist Shaping will occur automatically because the vertical two-color sequence pulls in more firmly than single-row horizontal striping. Be careful not to pull yarn too tightly on the back of the two-color section to avoid distortion. Steaming will help the secions lie flat.
