Swyres Head
From Dorset with Love … a collection celebrating adventure, friendship, warmth and knitting - stitch by stitch, row by row.
As I walked up Swyres Head and looked out over the beautiful ocean below I started to get a sense of what this journey meant - breathing in that fresh sea air was bringing a sense of clarity to life that had been missing. I felt alive again, the possibilities all of a sudden felt endless - the rising energy was palpable. I soaked up the colours all around me - green fields, muted blue ocean blending into a soft grey sky and pops of yellow dancing across the landscape.
Reaching into my pocket I pulled on my gloves, needing a layer of added warmth as I brought my camera to my face, click, I captured that moment and all the hope it contained for those days when I needed to remind myself that anything is possible if we simply dare to dream.
Whether it’s a fresh spring morning or a crisp autumn day, these comfy fingerless mitts will keep you warm and cosy. The squishy garter cuffs give that extra touch of warmth while still leaving your fingers free for all those important jobs; like picking spring flowers or capturing that perfect moment with your trusty camera.
