….stunning, and includes many of the elements that Norah Gaughan developed further in her book Knitting Nature. This pattern is a celebration of ingenuity and ambition-- just as the people attracted to knitting it must also be ingenious and ambitious. You begin at the center of the swirl, work out in the round, and then switch to flat knitting with a circular needle. Shoulders are a straight drop.

Warning: the print is QUITE small; get out your snazzy magnifying glasses.
