Gauge is not crucial, but your lovey might turn out to be a different size than the one pictured above. For the blanket, make sure you use a needle size that gives you a fabric that feels nice. For the head and paws use a small enough needle size to give you a pretty dense fabric so that your stuffing won’t show.
Yarn A using larger needle: 12 sts x 25 rows = 4x4 inches (10x10 cm) square in Garter stitch.
