I first designed these hats for two of may favorite little girls in the whole wide world, Suzie and Kathy. One was called “Sweet heart” and the other “Suzie Q.” They were popular, so I decided to make them mother/daughter hats, and now they are combined into the one SWEETHEARTS pattern.
