Sweet Pea
Discontinued.
This digital pattern is no longer available online.
Sweet Pea (green). Yes, this is very green indeed. It makes one of us look positively peaky (Belinda, as green really isn’t her colour). But don’t let the green put you off, it’s still a wonderful cowl.
The pattern is reversible, just knits and purls in a rib / welt combination and is both written out and charted. The resulting fabric is dense and squooshy and very warm which, frankly, is what you want from a cowl. Not too big, not too small, but the pattern repeat is easy to see from the chart so if you wanted to alter the size then it wouldn’t be hard.
3 x 100g balls of Mondial Kross, show in Lime, col. 158. Uses just about the entire 3 balls.
You’ll need circular needles, probably at least 40cm(16”).
