Sweet & Tartan Socks are a fun mosaic colourwork pattern.
It is a very simple technique that uses only one colour of yarn on each row worked, while also slipping the stitches in the opposite yarn colour.
The amazing test knitters found this pattern very engaging and fun and also finished their socks so quickly.
Pattern highlights:
- written for Magic Loop knitting (but of course any style you prefer for knitting in the round will work great)
- three sizes included
- cuff down pattern with a shorter leg (feel free to modify to your favourite length)
- heel flap and gusset construction
- Charts and written instructions included
- professionally tech edited
- test knit by amazing and generous knitters
- choosing two high contrast colours of yarn makes the plaid really pop, while two colours that are lower contrast make an equally beautiful, yet less flashy plaid.
- this is the perfect pattern to use that wild skein of yarn sitting in your stash!
Yarn Amounts Used:
size medium used
MC - Weathervane - size medium used 32 g
