If you love the look of knit, but you prefer to crochet, then I think you’ll enjoy making this Sweater Weather Potholder.
Inspired by knitted Christmas sweaters, the Sweater Weather Potholder uses a variation on the single crochet stitch to create a beautiful knit-like striped pattern.
This potholder is crocheted in 1 piece, and is worked in the round to create a double thick potholder. The stitch takes a little bit of practice, but once you get the hang of it, it’s smooth sailing!
I hope you have fun making and using your potholder(s)!
This potholder pattern is the 12th (and final) pattern in the 2023 Pot Holders Galore Crochet-along. With the purchase of an ebook, you will receive a total of 12 (+1 bonus) potholder patterns (one pattern every month during the crochet-along). In December, you’ll receive the final potholder, along with the bonus pattern.
